Terms of Service

1. The service

Realty Engine generates cinematic walkthrough videos of real-estate listings from listing photos you provide or point us to ("the Service"). Videos are AI-generated visualizations: they are derived from real listing photos but the camera motion and interpolated imagery are synthetic.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the free tier (including creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits).

3. Authorized listings only

You may only generate videos for listings you are authorized to market — as the listing agent, with the listing agent's or owner's permission, or where you otherwise hold rights to the photos. You are responsible for ensuring your use of listing photos complies with your MLS agreement and applicable law.

4. Credits, payments, and refunds

• Each generated walkthrough consumes one credit. A free credit is granted monthly; purchased credits never expire.
• If generation fails for a system reason, your credit is refunded automatically.
• If a delivered video falls short, you may request a regeneration from your dashboard; approved requests refund the credit. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

5. Compliance and disclosures

Every video carries an "AI-generated visualization" label consistent with California AB 723 and common MLS rules, and we retain source photos for audit. You remain responsible for meeting the disclosure rules of your own MLS, state, and advertising channels. See our compliance page.

6. Ownership

You own the videos generated from your listings, subject to the rights of the underlying photo owners. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content in order to operate the Service. We will not use your videos in our own marketing without your permission.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use; no attempts to misrepresent a property's physical condition; no reverse engineering, scraping of the Service, or circumvention of rate limits and credit accounting.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated video can contain visual artifacts, and we do not warrant that any output is a faithful physical representation of a property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
