Is the free video really full quality?
Yes — same pipeline, same cinematic pass, same compliance labeling as paid videos. We'd rather you judge us at our best.
What happens if a video comes out bad?
Every clip passes an automated quality gate before delivery, and if the result still disappoints you can request a regeneration — a human reviews it and refunds the credit when the video fell short. System failures refund automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. Your free monthly credit refreshes each calendar month.
Is compliance really included?
Every output carries the AI-visualization disclosure required by California AB 723 and MLS rules, burned into the video, with source photos retained for audit. See compliance.
Can I cancel anytime?
There's nothing to cancel on Free or credit packs. When subscriptions launch they'll be cancel-anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
